Group and multi-vehicle

Renting several vehicles at once — a shoot, a conference, a wedding, a crew — is priced as a group rather than as a stack of single rentals. Tell us how many and for how long.

Two things to sort before your first booking

Drivers. Every driver needs a valid licence and each must be named. A credit card in the driver's name is required at pick-up unless the account is set up for direct billing — worth settling when the account is opened rather than on the morning of.

Large vehicles. Seven and eight-passenger vehicles require proof of insurance with at least $1,000,000 transferable liability coverage. For corporate accounts this is usually a single document from your commercial policy that covers the account, but it must be in place before we can release one.

Call 416-661-6166 with roughly how many vehicles you expect to need and for how long. There is no application form and no credit check; we agree the rates and the billing arrangement and you are open. We will give you a direct address for invoicing and paperwork once the account exists.
