Where we deliver
Caledon East, Inglewood, Alton, Cheltenham, Terra Cotta, Belfountain, Palgrave, Mono Mills and Caledon Village, plus Bolton, which has its own page. It is between thirty-five and fifty minutes from our lot depending on where in Caledon you are — it covers a lot of ground.
Be honest about the kilometres
This is the one page where we would tell you to stop and do the sum. Caledon driving is not GTA driving. A trip to the shops can be 20 km. A commute into Mississauga or Brampton is 30 to 50 km each way. Nothing is close.
Our monthly rentals include 3,000 km, and beyond that it is 18¢ per kilometre for cars, 22¢ for vans. At Caledon distances it is genuinely possible to exceed the allowance, and 18 cents adds up over a thousand kilometres. Tell us roughly what you drive in a week and we will either confirm the allowance is fine or quote you something that fits. We would rather lose the argument now than have it about an invoice later.
Winter on rural roads
Caledon's concession roads are cleared after the arterials, and the hills around Belfountain and the Forks of the Credit are not somewhere to be on all-season tires. Winter tires can be added to any rental from November through April for $14.99 a day, and roadside assistance is included — which counts for more out here, where a breakdown is not a short walk from anywhere. Vans, trucks and bigger jobs
We rent eight-passenger vans and larger SUVs into Caledon regularly. As with all our seven and eight-seaters, these need written proof of your own insurance carrying at least $1,000,000 in transferable liability coverage. Arrange it with your broker before your date.
