How it works

1. Call us with your claim number. If you do not have one yet, call anyway — we can usually start while your adjuster catches up.
2. We confirm what your policy covers. Most Ontario policies entitle you to a vehicle comparable to your own. We check rather than guess, so there are no surprises later.
3. We bring the car to you. Your home, your work, or the body shop. You do not need to find your way to North York without a car.
4. We bill the insurer directly. Nothing comes out of your pocket for the rental itself.
5. We stay on it. Repairs run long. We keep the rental open until your repair or settlement date rather than making you re-authorise every few days.

The one charge to be aware of

Most insurers cover the Collision Damage Waiver as part of the replacement benefit. Some do not. If your policy carries liability coverage only, the CDW is chargeable — we will tell you the amount before you take the car, and where we can we bill it to the insurer along with everything else. We would rather have that conversation on the phone than leave you to discover it on an invoice.
